Wendell Webster leads the bankruptcy practice at Webster & Fredrickson and brings his decades of experience representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings filed under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Wendell Webster, a United States Trustee, is charged with the administration of Chapter 7 bankruptcies in the District of Columbia and Webster & Fredrickson represents the Trustee to administer complicated business and commercial estates. Also part of the bankruptcy practice area, Webster & Fredrickson litigates bankruptcy matters to fight to recover assets for creditors and fights to protect creditors’ interests.
